Dr. Jerry Lin, founder and president of UHD, has a Ph.D. in Computer Sciences and has held senior management positions in several of the nation's leading corporations that specialize in defense engineering. Dr. Lin has more than 20 years of experience in Corporate Management, Business Development and Financial Management in the field of high-technology and is an expert in C³I (Control, Command, Communications & Intelligence) Systems. Prior to forming UHD, Dr. Lin served as the R&D Director for Virginia-based Planning Research Corporation. Dr. Lin has also been responsible for a variety of computer security, AI/Expert systems, signal intelligence and war gaming simulation programs.
