Operations Support Division

The Operations System Division (OSD) at UHD provides support for daily Information Technology operations within the Federal Government. The objective is to provide continuous access to all available IT resources within an organization and to reduce or eliminate user downtime. OSD provides user support personnel to troubleshoot and repair problems at the desktop level and training staff to improve users knowledge of both commercial and agency specific application software. OSD also provides facility management services.

• Non-warranty hardware maintenance/repair
• Application installation and testing
• Application training and documentation
• Facilities Management support
• Production control

• IBM Mainframes
