The Federal Acquisition Services for Technology (FAST) is a Government program that provides a quick low cost buying service for IT product and services. FAST is designed to leverage GSA's 25 plus years of IT acquisition experience across the government. FAST offers quality products and services, and a qualified staff of technical, administrative, financial and contracting professionals for all your acquisition needs.

The FAST program is a rapid procurement, cost reimbursable GSA buying service managed by GSA for the use of Federal Agencies. UHD is able to provide commercially off-the-shelf information technology software, equipment, services (labor) and non-complex services (labor). UHD can obtain tasks through self-marketing (these can be sole source to UHD) or by responding to posted Statement of Work posted on the GSA/FAST Internet. Awards can happen in 5 to 30 days. GSA charges the Federal Agency a 2% to 4% total cost transaction fee. Services can be provided to agencies world wide. If an agency requirement does not fall within the SIC 7373, GSA will modify the requirements and add other SIC codes.
